  • Bain-marie (or a medium and small point) double boiller

Ingredients

all ingredients are adjustable as to quanity, substitute your favorite cheese to suit your tastes

  • a loaf of crusty french or italian bread (either sliced or halved)
  • mozerella
  • goat cheese (I used a honey infused goat cheese)
  • garlic
  • butter
  • a splash of white wine
  • oregeno or other italien herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat your over to 350°F.
  2. prep your bain-marie or setup your double boiler with a small pot of water to boil with an empty pot on top.
  3. place cheeses, butter, garlic, and white-wine into the top vessel and heat until it's melted
  4. Spread cheese mixture onto your bread, and add herbs if desired
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes
