- What is your end-game? What will your audience want to do with your project, and what will they want to do after they've finished consuming your content?

Retrospectives
Once you have your template in place, you can start to think about how you can improve your metrics. Each month, you can think about what you can improve, and what you can do to improve them. What do you need to change? What went well? What were your biggest disappointments? Start small and make changes. Don't be afraid to experiment.
